What does it cost?

Free. ~200 seats, first-come. We can't accept walk-ins due to venue capacity.

Who can attend?

Anyone working on or curious about digital democracy — practitioners, civic-tech founders, local-gov staff, academics, engineers, journalists, students.

What language is it in?

JA primary, with EN simultaneous translation throughout the day. Indicate your preferred language in the registration form.

Will it be recorded?

Sessions with speaker consent will be recorded and posted. We'll confirm your photo/video consent at registration.

Are travel and lodging covered?

Not by us. International speakers are coordinated separately.

Is the venue accessible?

Kita-kan Hall is fully step-free. Note sign-language or live-caption needs in the form's accessibility field.

Will food be served?

Light snacks. Note allergies in the form. Afterparty is opt-in and arranged separately.

We follow the DD2030 code of conduct. No discrimination or harassment, full stop.
